Accessibility Statement

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are actively working to address known gaps.

We are aware of the following issues and are working to fix them:

• Colour contrast: Some secondary text elements may fall below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio target. We are reviewing these.
• Form labels: Some form fields use placeholder text rather than visible labels. We are adding explicit <label> elements.
• Rich images: Some listing photographs provided by sellers may lack descriptive alt text. Sellers are encouraged to provide descriptions.
• Complex interactive components: Some custom dropdowns and modals may not fully support screen readers. We are improving ARIA attributes.

• Skip-to-content link available at the top of each page.
• Keyboard navigation supported on all primary interactive elements.
• Font sizes use relative units (rem/clamp) and respond to browser font size preferences.
• Colour is not the sole means of conveying information (status labels have text, not just colour).
• Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements.
• The site is usable at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling on a 1280px viewport.

This website is built with Next.js and rendered as HTML5. It relies on the following technologies for conformance: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit conducted. We aim to commission one within the next 12 months.
